Jack graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He minored in Art. Jack spent over 13 years with a major multi-line insurance company. There, he qualified multiple times for high achievement in sales and sales with profit awards. Actively involved in Toastmasters International since 1984, Jack has held several offices from Club President to Division Governor.

Currently he is an active member of the National Speakers Association and the International Coach Federation. He has been a student and practitioner of effective sales and communication for over 25 years.

Jack holds numerous certificates including: Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming; Certified Language and Behavior Consultant; Dimensions of Behavior coach and trainer.

Jack is also an accredited facilitator of: Psychology of Sales Call Reluctance; Integrity Selling; Client Centered Selling; Insight Selling; Discovery Time Management Process; Hay-McBer Competency Elicitation Process; Kolbe Natural Advantage. He is a certified facilitator of the Coaching Clinic developed by Coach U, Inc.

Married to Cathy, Jack is the father of Melissa, Elizabeth, and John.
